Mission
ISPA is a professional organization serving the needs of practitioners, educators, and graduate students in Student Affairs and Higher Education in Iowa since 1974.
ISPA fulfills its mission to Iowa's student affairs professionals and graduate students through three distinct purposes:
- To encourage the exchange of information among Iowa student personnel professionals, educators, graduate students, and practitioners;
- To encourage positive relationships among all levels of practitioners in higher education and all sizes of institutions;
- To develop and execute state-wide staff development opportunities.
